Meet home brewers from across the Nelson Tasman region - taste some outstanding beers and pick up some great tips to help you craft your own home brew.
Sample some of the region's finest home brewed beers during the day. Admission includes one voucher for Jamaican Dave's famous barbeque and we'll have music and home brew lectures during the day.

World renowned psychic medium Diana Whittaker is hosting a fundraising event for the Nelson Tasman Hospice. Be prepared for a night of laughs and intrigue, while she relays messages from those that have passed. Guest speaker Sam Hippolite (as seen in Admire magazine) will speak about his battle from death's door and his respect for the hospice. There will also be kappa haka performances.
Nicky Hager, the author of Dirty Politics, will tell the story behind this explosive book that has transformed the 2014 election campaign. He will also discuss what steps we need to clean up politics in New Zealand, and ensure that our democracy stays healthy.
He will be joined on stage for questions by MC Matt Lawrey and the publisher of the book, Robbie Burton. Regardless of your political beliefs, this is a unique and timely opportunity to hear first-hand from New Zealand's top investigative writer about issues that go right to the heart of how this country is governed.

Harold the giraffe is really keen to find out what is hiding in some local sheds so join him on the tour to check out what happens with the Waimea Menz Shed, authentic wood working, local distillery, model railway, craft brewing, motorcycle and car collections and much more.

Nelson District Parent Centre is bringing entertainer Pio Terei to Nelson for one show on Saturday the 21st of June.
Pio will share his stories and practical knowledge in a parenting show via stories, humour, song, and video, on how to build an awesome family unit.
Doors open at 6.45pm, bar available.
The YES ‘Dragons’ Den’ event involves YES teams making oral presentations in the form of business pitches to a panel of judges who are accomplished local business people from financial, local government, education or business backgrounds.
They will be looking for an investment in their business from the judges, each team will have five minute to pitch their business.
