Written and directed by Gregory Cooper, GOMIL follows Wayne, founder of the original MAMIL cycling group, as he tackles retirement, ageing, changing family dynamics and the uncomfortable realisation that life doesn't necessarily get easier with age. Fortunately, neither does his determination.
